Esḵéḵxwi7ch tl'a Sp'áḵw'us Place will create much-needed equitable and affordable homes for women and children. This 27-unit building is managed by Hiy̓ám̓ Housing and located on Siyich'em in the Squamish Valley.

When completed, it will provide safe, long-term rental homes, including 29% accessible and 71% fully adaptable apartments. It will also feature a community art mural and cedar pole.

The building is currently in development using a modular approach and will be energy efficient.

Members - $25
Non-members - $30
Students - $10

Light refreshments to be provided during the networking session.

Site Tour Location: The Project is located on Siyich'em IR 16 in the Squamish Valley, between Brackendale and Garibalidi. Exact street address will be emailed to attendees.

PPE Required: Hardhat, CSA-certified boots, and a Hi-Vis Vest
